PE firm Clayton Dubilier leads MOD Pizza's $160M fundraising

U.S.-based restaurant chain MOD Super Fast Pizza Holdings LLC raised $160 million in equity financing led by private equity firm Clayton Dubilier & Rice LLC.

MOD's exiting investor Fidelity Management & Research Co. also participated in the round alongside others.

Clayton Dubilier partners Ken Giuriceo and Paul Pressler will join MOD Pizza's board.

J.P. Morgan acted as the sole placement agent for the restaurant company's private placement.
