Shareholders of India-based Oriental Hotels Ltd. approved the appointment of three directors to the company's board at an annual general meeting July 25.

Giridhar Sanjeevi and Puneet Chhatwal will join the company as nonexecutive directors, while Harish Lakshman was named an independent director for a five-year period that started May 9.
