Bank of Nagoya to issue ¥10B of unsecured bonds

Bank of Nagoya Ltd. will issue ¥10 billion of unsecured subordinated 10-year bonds.

The coupon will be fixed at 0.48% for the first five years, after which it will be reset to 0.37% over the six-month euro-yen London Interbank Offered Rate.

The payment date is Oct. 18.

As of Oct. 10, US$1 was equivalent to ¥112.02.
