Blackstone Group LP is aiming to off-load a pair of office buildings in Paris for roughly €350 million, Bloomberg News reported, citing a person privy to the matter.
The properties up for grabs are Coeur Marais on the Rue des Archives and Fhive on the Rue Charlot, which Blackstone acquired in 2015 as part of a larger deal to buy properties from General Electric Co.
The private equity giant is looking to tap into greater investor demand for space in the French capital in the aftermath of the Brexit vote.
A Blackstone spokesman did not comment on the matter, according to the report.
