Australia Q3 2024 Capital Markets Update

YTD 2024, in terms of the number of IPO transactions, United States of America had the most active IPO market with 82 transactions in total, followed by Greater China with 63 transactions in total, while Australia had the least active IPO market with 11 deals in total. ​​

In terms of 1 year post IPO performance, Greater China had the highest return of 34.3%, followed by Japan with a 20.1% return, while Australia had a return of 6.7% for IPO transactions of 2024.​
