Igor Kaplun serves as Executive Director, Head of Consulting, S&P Global Market Intelligence Cappitech and is responsible for leading the expansion of Cappitech Consulting capabilities globally. Mr. Kaplun has deep expertise in OTC derivatives, G20 regulatory reporting and post trade services. Prior to joining S&P Global Market Intelligence, Mr. Kaplun spent 11 years at CME Group, most recently as Head of the North America Trade Repository business. Earlier in his career Mr. Kaplun worked in market data, trade operations and support, product marketing and sales. Mr. Kaplun holds a bachelor’s in business administration and master’s in international business from the University of Florida.

Chung Shern (CS) oversees Cappitech Managed Services for S&P Global Market Intelligence in APAC, leading our consulting team to help clients navigate confidently through the APAC regulatory reporting landscape and stay ahead of the compliance curve. CS brings over 15 years of transaction reporting and operations subject matter expertise. Prior to joining S&P Global Market Intelligence, CS spent four years at Standard Chartered Bank, heading its Regulatory Operations in APAC.

EMEA and North American Lead - Cappitech
Alexis is G20 derivative reporting subject matter expert and product leader with more than 10 years RegTech experience, partnering with both buy and sell-side firms.
His core expertise resides in post-trade and transaction reporting, having product-led Bloomberg’s Reporting/Assurance businesses and product-managed London Stock Exchange’s trade repository. He is passionate about financial regulations and leverages his regulatory knowledge, industry know-how and controls expertise to help build/run state-of-the-art compliance oversight.
