Santhera Pharmaceuticals Holding AG's shareholders elected Elmar Schnee as chairman of the board at the April 4 annual meeting of shareholders.
The company's shareholders also approved the appointment of new directors to the board: CEO Thomas Meier, Philipp Gutzwiller and Patrick Vink.
