S&P revises Cable & Wireless Communications outlook on 'improved' performance

S&P Global Ratings revised its outlook on Cable & Wireless Communications Ltd. to stable from negative on "improved" performance metrics following the damage from the hurricanes Maria and Irma in 2017 and the restoration of its mobile network in the affected markets.

Additionally, the rating agency affirmed its BB-/B issuer credit rating on Cable & Wireless Communications and issue-level ratings on its subsidiaries.

S&P also affirmed its BB-/B issuer credit rating on Cable & Wireless Ltd., while withdrawing BB+ issuer credit rating on Columbus International Inc. at the company's request.

Cable & Wireless Communications is a unit of Liberty Latin America Ltd.
