Nic Wood resigned as head of U.S. casualty and Laurence Burrows as an underwriter at Lloyd's Syndicate 1969, The Insurance Insider reported.

Wood will move to Canopius AG, while Burrows will join the liability team at Convex Group Ltd., according to the report.

C.V. Starr & Co. Inc. appointed Carsten Nawrath aviation underwriting manager, The Insurance Insider reported.

He will lead the aviation insurance operation in Munich and will focus on general aviation and small aerospace risks, according to the report.

Nawrath led the book of European general aviation and aerospace business at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions Ltd.
