Report: JP Morgan, Samuels could sell Boston property for more than $325M

JP Morgan Asset Management and partner Samuels & Associates Inc. are looking to sell the Fenway Triangle property in Boston, Real Estate Alert reported.

The property at 180 Brookline Ave. is expected to attract bids of more than $325 million, according to the report.
