Brian Taylor has resigned as chairman of both Granite Point Mortgage Trust's and Two Harbors Investment Corp.'s boards.
Two Harbors Investment and Granite Point Mortgage have appointed Stephen Kasnet, lead independent director on the boards of both companies, to succeed Taylor as chairman of both entities.
