Kaisa Health Group CFO resigns; replacement named

Kaisa Health Group Holdings Ltd. said Lam Wai Fung resigned as CFO and company secretary.

Lam's resignation was not the result of any disagreements with the board, Kaisa said.

Zhao Ai has been named Kaisa's new CFO, effective Dec. 10. Zhao joined the company as assistant to the general manager of finance in April.

Hong Kong-based Kaisa Health Group manufactures and sells dental prosthetics.
