Fitch affirms ratings on Boeing Capital

Fitch Ratings has affirmed the A long-term issuer default ratingfor Boeing Capital Corp.

In addition, the rating agency affirmed Boeing Co.'s A long-termissuer default rating and F1 short-term issuer default rating.

The outlook is stable.

Fitch said it considers Boeing Capital a core subsidiary of BoeingCo. This designation reflects Boeing Capital's role in arranging, structuring andproviding financing to support the sale of its parent's products.The ratings linkages are also based on the management and operational integrationbetween the companies and the parent's history of support for the unit.
