CorEnergy Infrastructure sells Portland, Ore., terminal facility

CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust Inc. sold its Portland Terminal Facility in Oregon and its remaining interest in the Joliet Terminal, the owner of a multipurpose storage facility in Illinois, for a combined $61 million.

The buyer was Zenith Energy Terminals Holdings, which acquired the Portland facility through a February 2017 purchase option under CorEnergy's lease agreement with its tenant.

The energy asset-focused real estate investment trust said its interests in Joliet were approximately $1.2 million as of Sept. 30.
