Sprint Corp. started a $1.00 billion underwritten public offering of senior notes.

The company said Feb. 20 that it intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.

The joint book-running managers for the offering are J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC.
