Private equity firm MML Capital Partners completed a strategic investment in U.K.-based Arrow Business Communications Ltd.

Arrow will see leadership changes with Richard Burke becoming CEO and Chris Russell becoming the chairman.

Arrow provides telephony, data, information technology and energy services to businesses.

The deal provides Arrow with a £50 million acquisition facility to make further acquisitions in addition to its eight acquisitions with backing from private equity firm Growth Capital Partners LLP.

Arma Partners, Dickson Minto, Kemp Little, EY and OC&C advised on the transaction.
