Cole Credit Property Trust IV board nominates 2 new members for election

Cole Credit PropertyTrust IV Inc.'s board nominated Alicia Harrison and Glenn Rufrano forelection as directors at the 2016 annual stockholders meeting June 16.

The new nominees will fill the two vacancies created followingthe recent expansion of the board to five members from three. All three existingmembers, Thomas Roberts, T. Patrick Duncan and Lawrence Jones, have also been nominatedfor election, according to an April 13 filing.

Rufrano currently serves as the CEO, president and director ofCole Credit Property Trust V Inc.,Cole Office & Industrial REITInc. and Cole Real EstateIncome Strategy (Daily NAV) Inc.

He also serves as CEO and president of CCPT I Advisors, CCPTIII Advisors, CCIT Advisors, CCPT V Advisors, Cole Income NAV Strategy Advisorsand Cole Capital Advisors.

He has served as the CEO and a director of VEREIT Inc. since April 2015. Rufrano has served as a directorof Ventas Inc. since June2010 and of O'Connor Capital Partners since October 2013. Additionally, he serveson the board of New York University's Real Estate Institute.

Harrison worked for Wells Fargo & Co. and its predecessorbanks from 1986 until 2012. Additionally, she has served on the board of directorsand the audit and capital committees of Ryan Cos. U.S. Inc. since May 2012.
