Dubai-based Ajman Bank PJSC said Dec. 18 that it signed a joint cooperation agreement with Takaful Emarat Insurance to facilitate the development of projects and activities in banking and insurance.

Under the agreement, Takaful Emarat, a provider of life and health insurance compliant with Islamic law, will extend its services to Ajman Bank's clients. The program is aimed at supporting the rollout of mandatory health insurance in Dubai.
