Hill-Rom Holdings board chairman to step down

Hill-Rom Holdings Inc.'s chairman, Rolf Classon, will not stand for re-election at the company's annual meeting March 6, 2018.

Classon, who is stepping down after more than a decade, will be replaced by William Dempsey, who joined the board in 2014.

Meanwhile, Medtronic plc's former CFO Gary Ellis joined the company's board.
