HSBC Bank PLC issued international bonds totaling €1.08 billion, Cbonds reported May 30.

The floating-rate notes mature June 7, 2021, and carry a redemption price of 100%.

HSBC acted as the sole book runner on the deal.

HSBC Holdings PLC is the parent of HSBC Bank.
