French supermarket chain Casino Guichard-Perrachon Société Anonyme said Oct. 18 that it signed an agreement with SGAM AG2R La Mondiale to sell 14 real estate assets from its Monoprix portfolio for a net amount of €180 million.
According to the release, the asset generates an annual rent of €8.6 million. Casino expects to receive the proceeds from the transactions on or before January 2019.
This follows the retailer's recent agreement with an undisclosed institutional investor to sell 55 Monoprix real estate assets for €565 million.
