Report: NYC boutique hotel to be sold for nearly $200M

Gansevoort Hotel Group, Centurion Realty and Douglaston Development struck a deal to sell their jointly owned 249-room boutique hotel in New York City's NoMad neighborhood for close to $200 million, The Real Deal reported, citing unnamed sources.

The upscale Gansevoort Park Avenue NYC hotel is being sold to hotel investment and management firm Highgate. The sellers considered putting the 19-story, 214,000-square-foot asset on the block over the summer.

Highgate, Centurion, Douglaston and Gansevoort Hotel Group representatives were not available for comment, according to the report.
