Monmouth pays $41M for NC industrial property

Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corp. bought a 354,482-square-foot industrial building in Concord, N.C., for roughly $40.6 million.

The property sits on about 56.6 acres at 4350 Fortune Ave. and is net-leased to FedEx Ground Packaging System Inc. for 15 years.
