S&P removes Larraín Vial ratings from CreditWatch negative

S&P Global Ratings on Aug. 8 affirmed its BBB long- and A-2 short-term issuer credit ratings on Larraín Vial SA Corredora de Bolsa and removed them from CreditWatch negative.

S&P also assigned the ratings a negative outlook.

The ratings actions reflect S&P's view of a higher risk of economic imbalances due to a modest rise in Chile's exposure to external shocks, offset by a deceleration in credit and real estate price growth in the country.

S&P Global Ratings and S&P Global Market Intelligence are owned by S&P Global Inc.
