said April 7 thatit has been issued exploration permit PR-15-10779 for the recently acquired PatersonLake lithium prospect located in the Separation Rapids Pegmatite Group of northwesternOntario's Kenora mining division.

The explorationpermit was issued by the Development and Lands Branch of Ontario's Ministry of NorthernDevelopment and Mines and is subject to the requirements of the Mining Act of Ontarioand all applicable provincial standards for early exploration.

The permit is effectivefor three years with options to renew and covers line cutting, mechanized strippingand diamond drilling.

The GoldON propertylies immediately north of PacificIron Ore Corp.'s Separation property, which hosts the Big Mack pegmatite,and Avalon Advanced Materials Inc.'sSeparation Rapidsproperty, which hosts the Big Whopper deposit.

According to thecompany, the project hosts three significant pegmatites along with other smaller,underexplored lithium-niobium-tantalum-rubidium-tin-bearing pegmatite occurrenceswithin the same structural zone that contains the Big Whopper and Big Mack pegmatites.
