ICBC's Luxembourg branch issues medium-term notes

Industrial & Commercial Bank of China Ltd. issued floating-rate notes and fixed-rate notes through its Luxembourg branch.

The Chinese bank said it issued €1.10 billion of floating-rate notes due 2020, US$450 million of floating-rate notes due 2020 and US$400 million of 2.875% fixed-rate notes due 2022. The notes were issued under the branch's €8 billion medium-term note program.
