Karo Pharma closes offer to acquire Weifa shares

Karo Pharma AB (publ) closed its voluntary offer to acquire all shares of Weifa ASA.

With 35,453,352 shares transferred to Karo Pharma, the company now holds 97.21% of the shares and voting rights in Weifa.

Karo Pharma will now effect a compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares in Weifa at 35 Norwegian kroner apiece as soon as possible.

As of Oct. 5, US$1 was equivalent to 7.99 Norwegian kroner.
