SumitomoMitsui Trust Holdings Inc. unit Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank Ltd. agreed to set up acredit management company with GreensLedge Holdings and Eagle Point Credit ManagementLLC.

The new company, Marble Point Credit Management LLC, is acredit service provider and investment platform focused on offering services inthe issuance of collateralized loan obligations, according to a Sept. 26release.
