Walker &Dunlop Inc. said April 1 that Mitch Resnick will join itscommercial mortgage-backed securities lending platform, Walker & DunlopCommercial Property Funding LLC, as managing director in late April.

Resnick will oversee the platform's capital marketsexecutions with responsibility over pricing, hedging, securitizations, andinvestor relations. He previously served as vice president of capital marketsat Freddie Mac.
