Digital Realty Trust Inc. and DuPont Fabros Technology Inc. scheduled separate special stockholder meetings for Sept. 13 to vote on the companies' proposed merger.

Digital Realty stockholders will vote on the issuance of the company's shares of common stock to security holders of DuPont Fabros as consideration for the deal.

Stockholders of DuPont Fabros will vote on the deal, along with other related transactions.

Completion of the merger is conditional upon approval by the companies' respective stockholders.
