Advanzeon Solutions Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary Pharmacy Value Management Solutions Inc. have retained Philip Pulver to serve as communications director and chief consultant for contract negotiations.

Pulver will be paid for services via stock in lieu of cash. He has formulated, negotiated and account managed performance-based contracts for and with Fortune 500 companies, startups, universities and the federal government since the 1980s.
