African Bank relaunches ops following restructuring

Thenew African Bank commenced business April 4 following the final executionof the restructuringof the entity formerly known as African Bank Ltd., which is now in curatorship.

Theentity in curatorship formally changed its name to and thenew bank changed its name to African Bank Ltd. from K2014176899 (South Africa)Ltd. and will henceforth trade under that name.

African Bank is a 100% subsidiary of African Bank HoldingsLtd., according to anApril 4 press release.
