2 directors resign from TransMontaigne's general partner's board; replacements named

Robert Burk and Lawrence Ross on July 19 made known theirintent to resign from the board of TransMontaigne GP LLC, TransMontaignePartners LP's general partner. The board of the general partnerappointed Jay Wiese and Barry Welch to serve as independent members of theboard, effective July 21, the same day Burk and Ross' resignation took effect.

Burk served asthe chairman of the conflicts committee and as a member of the audit andcompensation committees of the general partner. Welch was elected tosucceed him in said positions. Meanwhile, Wiese was elected to serve as thechairman of the compensation committee of the general partner and as a memberof the audit and conflicts committees of the general partner, positions thatRoss previously held, accordingto a July 22 SEC filing.

Steven Blank continues to serve as an independent directorof the general partner's board, as well as the chairman of the audit committeeand as a member of the compensation and conflicts committees of the generalpartner.

Wiese previously served as managing member of energyconsulting firm Liberated Partners LLC, while Welch has been an independentenergy consultant to independent power company Southwest Generation.Welch has also been amember of the board of directors of Novatus Energy LLC, a renewable energyindependent power company, since June.

In their respective letters of resignation, both Burk andRoss confirmed that their decision was not due to any disagreements betweeneach other or among other board members, the filing said.
