Midland, Texas-based West Texas National Bank named Chris Whigham president.

He replaced Keith Moore, who will remain the bank's vice chairman and CEO.

Whigham has been with the bank since 2004, as an energy lender and senior vice president of energy lending.

West Texas National Bank is a unit of First-West Texas Bancshares Inc.
