Fitch withdraws Orient Express Bank's ratings

Fitch Ratings on Dec. 22 withdrew PSC Orient Express Bank's CCC long-term foreign- and local-currency issuer default ratings and "ccc" viability rating.

At the time of withdrawal, done for commercial reasons, the ratings were on Rating Watch Evolving. The agency also affirmed the bank's short-term foreign-currency issuer default rating at C, support rating at 5 and support rating floor at No Floor, and subsequently withdrew them.
