Rhino announces change to public accountant, drops Ernst & Young

Theboard of Rhino GP LLC,the general partner of RhinoResource Partners LP, announced April 11 that it had approved thereplacement of Ernst & YoungLLP as the partnership's registered public accounting firmeffective April 7.

Ernst& Young's replacement was announced as , which the partnership formallyengaged on April 5.

Accordingto a company release, there were no "reportable events" in the lasttwo fiscal years to cause concern between Rhino and Ernst & Young.

"Duringthe two most recent fiscal years ended December 31, 2015 and 2014 and in thesubsequent interim period through the replacement date, there were nodisagreements between Rhino and Ernst & Young on any matter of accountingprinciples or practices, financial statement disclosure or auditing scope orprocedure, which disagreement, if not resolved to the satisfaction of Ernst& Young, would have caused Ernst & Young to make reference to thesubject matter of the disagreement in its reports on the consolidated financialstatements for such years," Rhino wrote.
