FuelCell appoints board chairman, 2 new directors

FuelCell Energy Inc. on Nov. 13 named James Herbert England as the new board chairman.

England, who also served on Enbridge Energy Co. Inc.'s board as director, will replace John Rolls, according to a company release.

FuelCell also appointed Jason Few and Christina Lampe-Onnerud as board of directors.

Few is the president of the cloud-based software waste and recycling company Sustayn Analytics LLC. Lampe-Onnerud is the co-founder, chairman and CEO of Cadenza Innovation Inc., which licenses lithium-ion-based energy storage platforms to battery manufacturers.

FuelCell also made changes to its governance policies. Under the new policy, the company will adopt a mandatory director retirement age of 75 and will set 12-year term limits for directors.

Enbridge Energy is a subsidiary of Enbridge Inc.
