Bannerman Resources applies to delist from TSX

Namibia-focused uranium miner Bannerman Resources Ltd. said April 27 that it has appliedfor a voluntary delisting of its securities from trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

The company expects its securities to stop trading on TSX afterclosing May 11. However, its shares will continue trading on the ASX and the NamibianStock Exchange.

The board considers that the costs associated with maintainingthe TSX listing cannot be justified.
