Swiss Life Asset Managers sells 93-property German residential portfolio

Swiss Life Asset Managers divested a 93-property residential portfolio in Germany to two investment companies of Primus Valor AG, REFI Europe reported.

Financial details of the sale were not disclosed, but the publication pegged the deal value "in the nine-digit range," making it one of the biggest recent residential property deals in the country.

The AGORA portfolio features 1,500 apartments with 123,000 square meters of rental space and 300 commercial units across 35 German cities, the May 21 report added.
