Professional Diversity Network names new CEO

Professional DiversityNetwork Inc. tapped Katherine Butkevich, who has been leading the company'sNational Association of Professional Women unit since Jan 4, to serve as the company'snew CEO, effective March 30.

Butkevich succeeded Jim Kirsch, who has become executive chairmanwith direct management responsibility for the company's recruitment assets, thecompany said April 4, adding that Jorge Perez, senior vice president and prior managerof Professional Diversity Network's recruitment assets, left the company as of March31.

In addition, the company said it reached a new $5 million creditfacility with private equity fund White Winston Select Asset Funds LLC to provideadditional working capital if needed.
