New York and California have approved Cigna Corp.'s pending acquisition of Express Scripts Holding Co.

Cigna said it is working with regulators in New Jersey, the one outstanding state where approval is required. Closing is expected by the end of 2018, subject to satisfaction of the closing conditions.
