Sunvest Minerals Corp. said Dec. 14 that it signed a definitive deal with an arm's length vendor to acquire the Parrott Lake silver property in British Columbia for 4 million shares and C$100,000 cash to be settled over six months.

The property comprises 3,410 hectares and includes one cell within New Nadina Explorations Ltd.'s Silver Queen property.

Compilation of previous exploration results is in progress with the intention of commencing surface geophysics in the 1st quarter 2018."
