Neighborhood Bancorp, the parent of Neighborhood National Bank, raised $6.4 million in an oversubscribed stock offering.
The investment was led by Taylor Asset Management Inc. Chairman Stephen Taylor.
Hovde Group served as sole placement agent on the transaction.
