Nautilus Solar acquires 13.3-MW Minn. solar project from ReneSola

Nautilus Solar Energy LLC purchased a 13.3-MW community solar portfolio in Minnesota from project developer ReneSola Ltd., according to an Aug. 14 company release.

Qualified under Xcel Energy Inc.'s community solar program, the project is scheduled for construction through the remainder of 2017 and is expected to go online in the first quarter of 2018. The development and long-term asset management services for the project will be provided by Nautilus.

The projects will be owned by an affiliate of Virgo Investment Group, a minority shareholder of Nautilus Solar Energy.
