Oil-Dri shareholders elect 9 directors

Stockholders of Chicago-based household products producer Oil-Dri Corp. of America appointed all nominees for director during their Dec. 12 annual meeting, according to a same-day SEC filing.

The elected directors are John Cole, Daniel Jaffee, Richard Jaffee, Joseph Miller, Michael Nemeroff, George Roeth, Allan Selig, Paul Suckow and Lawrence Washow.

The shareholders also ratified the appointment of Grant Thornton LLP as the company's independent auditor for the fiscal year ending July 31, 2018.
