Dividend Capital postpones shareholder vote on charter amendment

Dividend Capital Diversified Property Fund Inc failed to secure the votes needed to pass the proposed charter amendment to restructure its share classes, at its reconvened annual shareholder meeting Aug. 9.

The company, at its general meeting of shareholders July 26, failed to secure enough votes to pass the amendment, and rescheduled a vote for Aug. 9. At the Aug. 9 meeting, the company was still unable to secure enough votes.

The meeting will now be held at 11 a.m. Mountain Daylight time on Aug. 21.
