JPMorgan clients can now get bank research through Alexa

JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s institutional clients can now use Amazon.com Inc.'s voice-activated assistant to ask about the bank's research.

Alexa will be able to send analyst reports and answer related questions. Eventually, it may be able to give bonds' and swaps' prices, Bloomberg News reported, citing David Hudson, JPMorgan's global head of markets execution. Hudson also expects traders to someday use the assistant in executing trades.

The bank and the online retailer have other ongoing partnerships, including a healthcare venture, a co-branded credit card and reported discussions over a possible hybrid checking account.
