KTB Securities (Thailand) plans to file for IPO in 2020

KTB Securities (Thailand) Co. Ltd. is looking to file for an IPO in 2020 after wrapping up its business restructuring, Bangkok Post reported Dec. 26.

The company plans to list its shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. It also plans to set up its KTBST Lend unit in early 2020. The unit will offer personal lending and collateral loan services, and personal debt correction, according to KTB Securities (Thailand) Executive Chairman Win Udomrachtavanich.

KTB Securities and Investment holds a 70% stake in KTB Securities (Thailand), with the remaining held by Thai investors and a consortium.
