National Fuel Gas director steps down

Philip Ackerman stepped down from National Fuel Gas Co.'s board of directors, effective at the start of the company's 2019 annual shareholder meeting on March 7, according to a March 11 SEC filing.

During the meeting, the company's stockholders also elected David Carroll, Steven Finch, Joseph Jaggers III and David Smith for additional three-year terms on the board.

National Fuel has five operating segments, which include exploration and production, pipeline and storage, gathering, utility and energy marketing.
