Fox restructures TV distribution division

20th Century Fox Television is restructuring management of its international distribution unit, TVWise U.K. reported Oct. 5.

Gina Brogi was promoted to president of global distribution. She will succeed Marion Edwards, who plans to leave the position at the end of the year.

Brogi will be responsible for the worldwide distribution of Fox's TV series and feature films across all platforms, in addition to licensing Twentieth Century Fox Film Corp. feature films to TV networks in the U.S. She has been with Fox since 1999 and will be based in Los Angeles, reporting to division President Mark Kaner.

The restructuring also involves movement in the TV distribution division's regional offices, with three promotions to executive vice president. Evan Scheffel will serve as the executive overseeing the Americas. Kristen Finney will be in charge of in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Richard Samuels will lead Asia-Pacific operations. All will report to Brogi.
